Compact Fluorescent Lamps
Special phosphors with rare earth elements (lanthanides) are used in NASLI compact fluorescent lamps. Mixture of these compounds emits light across the whole visible range, producing a rich white light that contains all colours. For sake of acceptable decrease in efficacy we get light that enables to distinguish small colour nuances, much like in daylight. This is not possible under mainstream compact fluorescent lamps.
